Holiday Photo Card Blog Hop!

Good morning! I hope you are all having a great Wednesday! Today I’m hopping along with some amazing bloggers for an awesome Holiday Photo Card Blog Hop organized by Darlene over at Live Love Cards. The whole point of today’s card was to incorporate a photo into a holiday card in some way. There are so many fun stops along this blog hop so be sure to start at the beginning! There are also 9 amazing prizes to be won!

When I was trying to think what I should do for my card I struggled at first on what to even have the picture be of. A lot of holiday cards that are sent out have photos of kids and spouses and I wanted to go in a different direction. I thought it would be fun to design a card that was a throw back photo. The photo I chose was of me when I was three in my pink snow suit and Ernie pin.

The family and friends who receive this card will probably have a little laugh at this funny picture of me, and I thought that would be a good thing to share around the holidays.

Today I’ve got a video to share with you that shows exactly how I put the cards together.

Be sure to keep hopping along in the blog hop to see all the awesome projects!

The prizes are:

Winners will be selected at random from the comments left on each blog hop stop.  Be sure to leave a comment on each stop to increase your chances to win!  Leave your comments by Tuesday, November 22, 2016, 11:59pm CT.  Seven winners will be announced on LiveLoveCards on Wednesday, November 23rd, just in time for Black Friday.  🙂

Thank you so much for stopping by! I’ll see you again soon with another card!!

  1. Love the vellum overlay and the fact you made a retro card. Thank you for the tips on embossing on vellum. The card is beautiful

  2. Hi Cassie,
Cute picture of you when you were a little girl. The embossing on the vellum was a nice touch to your holiday photo card. Thanks for sharing.
